Designed the architecture for tokenised US equities backed 1:1 by positions at a real-world broker (Alpaca) — bridging 24/7 crypto markets with traditional market hours and managing settlement risk across the gap. Post-mortem: DTCC's T+0 crypto-settlement announcement in late 2025 made it clear we were 6–12 months too late to a market about to be owned by incumbents with regulatory relationships we couldn't replicate.

Co-Founder

Built a marketplace for UK SMB acquisitions seeded from Companies House, with buyer demand as the hook. Built the data pipeline, an LLM-over-structured-data buyer discovery tool, and an in-house agent framework on the Claude Agent SDK. Post-mortem: supply-side activation at venture scale wasn't realistic — the owners who needed it most were the hardest to reach, and the ones easiest to reach didn't need a marketplace.
